Offline-first · Mac today · Windows next
Vaitly Voice turns speech into finished text inside any application, using a model that runs on your own computer. No cloud, no account, no waiting.
Three steps, every time
01
Pick any key you never use. Right Option on a Mac, Right Ctrl on Windows. Hold it, or double-tap to go hands-free.
02
Talk the way you talk. Names, numbers, punctuation. The model listens on your own processor, not on a server.
03
Release, and clean text appears exactly where your cursor was. Your clipboard is left untouched.
Two platforms, one license
Vaitly Voice ships for Apple silicon Macs today. The Windows app is in active development and opens to early-access users first. A Pro license covers two devices in any combination.
What it does

Email, chat, code editors, browsers, documents. If there is a cursor, you can talk to it.

Speech recognition happens on the machine in front of you. Recordings do not travel.

Product names, colleagues, acronyms. Say them once, get them right every time after.

Addresses, sign-offs, boilerplate. A spoken shortcut expands to the full text.

Formal, shorter, bullet points. Rewrites run locally by default; cloud only if you choose it.

Words per day, time saved, streaks. Computed on your device, shown only to you.
Privacy, by architecture
Most dictation products stream your microphone to a data center. Vaitly Voice does the recognition on the chip inside your laptop, so meeting notes, patient names and unreleased plans never leave the room.

Mac with Apple silicon today. Windows is in development now, with early access opening to people on the list first. Your license covers both.
No. Standard dictation is recognized on your own computer by a local model. There is no server in the loop and no recording is uploaded.
Not to dictate. Download, allow the microphone, hold your shortcut and talk. An account only matters if you go Pro, so your license can follow you to a second device.
